How long is the free trial and what does it include?

Can I change my plan or cancel at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription directly from your administrative dashboard under settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades reflect in the next billing cycle.
Are there any hidden setup fees or charges?
No, there are no setup fees. The monthly plan cost is fully transparent. Any fees charged on Epos Pay transactions are stated clearly before transaction initiation.
How are payments processed for plans?
You can pay for your subscription easily via M-Pesa or standard credit cards directly from the billing tab in your tenant dashboard. Invoices are generated automatically and sent to your email.
