01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ePOS Kenya platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
02 Description of Service
ePOS Kenya provides a cloud-based point of sale and inventory management system designed for the Kenyan market, including native M-Pesa integration, multi-branch support, and KRA-compliant reporting tools.
03 Account Registration
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and maintain the security of your account credentials.
04 Subscription and Payments
Our services are provided on a subscription basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days' notice. Trial accounts are valid for 14 days.
05 Limitation of Liability
ePOS Kenya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or any unauthorized access to your account.
